I’ve had my pans for about 60 days. I cook daily for my family of 5, and I have to say that these are my favorite pans ever, we’ve been married 20 years and I’ve tried a lot of different pots and pans in that time, and these have been far and away the best pans I’ve used for everything from steak to pancakes and even the dreaded scrambled eggs, I’m very happy with this investment!

I may not be as seasoned with trying out many types but I fully agree that these are the best I've used yet! If you haven't yet you should. Wife and I never realized how much of a difference it made cooking with MC hybrid

I agree these pans are the best I have ever used.

Welcome to the family… I’m going on 2 years and at first I felt like we could have used our money in better ways… but now… I’ve never felt as wise as the investment to feed our family. 💜

Agree, I'm 2 years in and cook everyday. They are still like new!

Me too! I have been on a pan quest for about a decade and finally Hybrid pans I think are coming through! I use mine 2 or 3 times a day and so far so good its been since Xmas time. Just be careful with knives on them. My kid cut on one of them so I have one that has a mark now grrrrr. Went through sooooo many brands!

First time making eggs, they came out just the way I like them & was so easy to clean up! Love these pans!! I’ve only had them for a week or so!

I’m going on 2 years and I still love my pans. Best purchase I ever made.

They are awesome! I love mine.

Season once and done. I’ve had mine for almost a year now. I just cook with olive or avocado oil or butter. No issues. No sticking. Use dawn soap to clean.

I am on 2 years now and mine still look brand new.

I use a little olive oil in the pan when pre heating & they are a dream to use & clean.

I think the folks that have problems cook on too high heat & maybe use cooking ingredients spray which can build up over time . I normally cook on #4 on my stove & all comes out great! Welcome to the Hybrid family:)

In reality, each time you use them and add oil, you're sort of seasoning them. I seasoned mine 2 years ago and haven't done anything else other than swirling the oil I'm using to cook with.

One and done!

Though I heat the pan, then add my oil/tallow/lard to heat then add the meat or whatever I’m cooking to it.

Same with eggs. Heat pan. Add butter to melt. Then add egg. Never a stick. Sunny side up or scrambled with cheese.

I wash by hand and put them away and then when I go to useb them I always preheat with oil before adding food. Nothing ever sticks and if it does it comes right off with a scrub daddy

I will say I did use bar keepers on one of them and then re seasoned it, just to be safe since bar keepers is a light abrasive

I've had mine for over 4 years and I use a little oil every time I fry. The beauty of these pans is they can give you a good sear and leave some fond in the pan for a nice sauce. If you are expecting them to work like a new nonstick pan you will be disappointed. They give you the best of both, good sear and easy clean-up. Not as heavy as cast iron and won't rust if you give it a soak. I have a dedicated nonstick pan for scrambled eggs and omelets but I can get a perfect (for me) fried egg with the crispy bits around the edges and a runny yolk. I baste the whites with fat so I don't usually flip them over but you can.

Once and done!!!! Then cook and enjoy. The only time id ever season again is if I deep cleaned with BKF which I’ve only had to do once on one pan. Only because I left a burner on and forgot I was making breakfast. Burned my food. Pan cleaned like a dream, looks brand new!!!! Don’t overthink all this… just season, cook and enjoy!!!!! Just use a bit lower heat then your used too. That’s it!!! Enjoy your pans!!!

I only have the frying pans and I always preheat and use a little oil.

The preheat is important.

Just use high pitch oils after season with eggs and other foods you find extra sticky few tablespoons of oil high pitch ! Always makes things easier when sticky product ! Meats I just let the meat fats do its work

Had ours 2 yrs they get washed in the dish washer always and never had an issue or an egg stick

Season once and never again unless something weird happens where you really burn something on bad..then I would consider reasoning if I had to scrub alot. Emjoy! They are the best pans I have ever owned!

When I bought my set. I only used the wok and the big 12 pan. I wash them both hot soapy water and dry them out with a norwax cloth. You can let them dry naturally in the dish rack.

I followed the instructions and then up to temperature medium to high heat. I poured some vegetable oil and used a paper towel to wipe around inside of the pan. When doing this step please be careful you don't burn your hands as oil will go through the paper towel.

Once completed let them cool off and dry and store them.

I do reseason my pans once every 3-4 months to a year depending how often it's being used. I've had mine for almost 2 years it's in great shape even though the pans and wok get used about 12+ times per day.

I only seasoned once and they work great. We clean them in the sink after every use right away. Best pans we ever had...
